Shipping & Exchanges

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please be ensured that great care is taken while packing your order prior to shipping and if for any reason, you have received an item different to your order, we are more than happy for you to ship the item back to us within 7 days (from the day of receipt) for it to be exchanged for your desired STAILOZ™ item within the following guidelines:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original packaging intact.
  • Item must be returned with original proof of purchase.
  • Newly exchanged item will be based on the missing item from your original order.

OTHERS

  • Kindly note we are unable to refund purchases made due to a change of mind.
  • Due to hygiene purposes, earrings are not eligible for an exchange (unless there is a discrepancy in your order).
  • Sale items are also not eligible for an exchange or a refund.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

STAILOZ™ ships globally via GDEX or POS Laju unless stated otherwise.  

Local Shipping Charges (within Malaysia)

The following shipping surcharge of applies for all purchases within Malaysia:

  • West Malaysia: RM10
  • East Malaysia: RM12

International Shipping Charges

International shipping charges will be based on total items purchased (quantity and weight) as well as destination country. Shipping charges will be auto-calculated based on your location.

 

LIABILITY

Kindly note that we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination country’s customs or clearance procedures, duties and taxes or items that are lost in transit.

As the recipient, please be informed that you are liable for any additional costs incurred for returned packages due to failed attempted deliveries or insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve packages from assigned delivery centres. Shipping fees (as stated above) will be incurred for all packages that need to be reshipped.

Kindly note also, that the customs office of your country may impose additional customs fees, import duties and/or taxes to your order. International customers will be responsible for said surcharges incurred in your respective countries. As policies may vary for each destination country, please check with your local authority for more information on surcharges prior to placing your orders.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

How soon will my order be processed?

All orders placed through STAILOZ™ website will be processed within 24 hours of the same working day (according to Malaysian time, excluding weekends and public holidays) to the shipping address provided at checkout.

 

How do I know my order is successful?

You will receive an email notification and confirmation of your order number.

 

How soon can I receive my package?

Local deliveries will take around 1-3 working days. 

International deliveries can take about 3-5 working days, depending on the destination country.

 

Can I change my delivery address after an order is confirmed?

Unfortunately, we are not able to redirect orders once your package has been shipped. If your order is still processing, we may be able to assist with a quick change in delivery address. You may contact us at livebetter@stailoz.com immediately to see if a change can still be made.

 

I have not received my parcel, what should I do?
